Rich Franklin vs. Marvin Eastman

In this 2001 World Fighting Alliance matchup, former UFC middleweight champion Rich "Ace" Franklin squares off against Marvin "The Beastman" Eastman. Rich was pretty fairly early into his MMA career and not too far removed from his math teaching days for this fight. He nonetheless shows some decent ground skills.

Jason Guida vs. Marvin Eastman

Well. early in this season of The Ultimate Fighter, Jason Guida became a bit of an involuntary MMA celebrity when he immortalized / Wanged / Ruedigered himself and failed to make weight for his preliminary bout.

It certainly wasn't the way he wanted to escape from his brother's shadow but hey, there's still some fight left in the guy and he has a reasonable body of work behind him.

In this match, he takes on Marvin "The Beastman" / "Don't Call me Sgt. Doakes from Dexter" Eastman. Guida took this fight on very short notice.

And here is Jason Guida's SHERDOG FIGHT RECORD.

Jason Guida is also the only other fighter I have seen who has the same posture as Forrest Griffin.

This fight features a somewhat memorable victory celebration.
